POLICIES
1. Tuition is either per month or for specific dance competition, and varies by type of class, payable in one installment or per month installments, due at/before the student’s first class of that month. Please contact Laksha Dance for your class type tuition rate.
2. Tuition is accepted by cash or check (payable to Laksha llc).
3. Tuition is subject to $10 late fee per week past due date. If tuition is not paid by student’s 3rd class, the student will not be allowed to attend class until tuition fee and late charges are paid in full.
4. Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
5. If Laksha Dance is open and you are unable to attend a class, please notify your instructor via email or phone in advance. Although there are no separate make-up classes for individual missed classes, the teacher will make every effort to catch the student up to class speed. No refunds are given for missed classes.
6. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, an emergency, or any other unforeseen reason by Laksha Dance, a makeup class for the group will be scheduled. No refunds will be given if you do not attend a make-up class.
7. Laksha Dance participates in other community events & competitions throughout the year. Participation in these events is optional. Participation to community events is for fun and improvements. Laksha Dance does not guarantee of winning in these events.
8. Costume Fees will be charged for on-stage performances.
9. No electronics, cell phones, iPods, handheld games, etc. allowed in classroom.
10. All students must be picked up on time after their class is complete. Students cannot be left unattended.
11. Photography/Videography taken by Laksha Dance is property of Laksha Dance and may be used in brochures, website, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials the Laksha Dance creates.

I/we have received a copy of the Policies. I understand that Laksha Dance reserves the right to refuse services to any person who does not support the policies and decisions set forth. I have read and understand the policies and my signature below confirms my acceptance of the policies. I, for myself an my heirs, waive and release all rights and claims I may have against Laksha Dance and it’s principals and/or representatives, whatsoever, in any manner, as a result of my/my child’s(ren’s) participation in said dance/music/aerobic or any other type of instructions and activities. I attest that me/my child(ren) are physically and mentally fit.
